EAGLES REVENGE

I photographed a sequence of two eagles battling over a fish. The entire series lasted twenty seconds. One eagle completely trashed the other into the sand. The attacked eagle gathered itself up from the sand and headed over for revenge. I have looked into the eyes of many eagles over the years, but this is the first time I have seen such an angry look with such determination. The eagle's posture and eyes conveyed a clear message: "I am going to get you!"

Amazingly, none of the Eagles were injured from attacking each other.

The agony of being defeated!
