BARN SWALLOWS CONFLICT

This is a "wait for it" moment that lasted two hours. It had to be that specific spot and those two birds. I had many Barn Swallows land on that one spot for a short time. Then it happened. Two Swallows engaged in a serious conversation about who was going to perch on that spot.

Birdwatching often involves patience and keen observation, and this was one such instance. The specific location and the presence of Barn Swallows created a unique scenario. Observing these birds interact and compete for a perch spot highlighted the intricate behaviors and social dynamics of Barn Swallows. This experience underscores the importance of preserving natural habitats where such fascinating wildlife interactions can occur. Bird enthusiasts and nature lovers alike can appreciate the beauty and complexity of these moments in nature.
